At Purely South Indian Foods, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality products. Since we deal in food items, returns are limited and subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

• The product was damaged during transit.

• You received the wrong item.

• The packaging was tampered with before delivery.

• The product is expired at the time of delivery.

To be eligible, you must:

• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Provide clear photos or videos as proof.

• Ensure the product remains unused.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened food products

• Used or partially consumed items

• Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

• Items returned without proof of purchase

We do not accept returns for taste preferences or personal liking.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Share your order number and proof of issue (photos/video).

3. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will provide further instructions for replacement or refund.

Please do not send products back without prior confirmation.

Refunds

If your return request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace products that are:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrectly delivered

Replacement is subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products.
